At Placement Partners, our Vocational Program staff members come together at the end of the year to nominate one employer that demonstrates diversity and inclusiveness in the workplace. This act has been an annual tradition at Placement Partners, and we are proud to announce that the winner of the Employer of the Year award 2019 goes to Dan’s Cleaning Service in Blaine! Dan’s Cleaning Service has provided our program participants with current employment and hiring opportunities since 2018. Dan’s Cleaning Service has been accommodating, understanding, and patient with our program participants’ needs and has helped support them to be the best employees that they can be. One of our staff members who works closely with Dan’s Cleaning Service provided the following feedback: “…I love checking in with Dan. He not only gives great feedback, but you can tell he genuinely thinks about what he says. Also, my [program participant] who works for him LOVES his job, and how he is managed. Another thing to note is that Dan does what needs to be done to help his workers succeed!”
